ما هي تكنولوجيا البيم 𝐁𝐈𝐌

البيم (BIM) هي تكنولوجيا أو تقنية تعتمد في أساسها على دمج عملية التوصيف والنمذجة مع هيئة شكل المبنى، وهو اختصار لنمذجة معلومات البناء (Building Information Modeling)، والتي تعني تصميم نموذج للمبنى شامل جميع المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة به، ومعنى نموذج هنا يتعدى حدود مفهوم بناء مجرد شكل ثلاثي الأبعاد.

إن المقصود بنموذج للمبنى في تقنية البيم هو عمل محاكاة وتوصيف لكل عملية يمر بها المبنى عند بناؤه في الواقع،

وبالتالي فهو يشمل بناؤه كشكل ثلاثي الأبعاد (3D)

له خصائصه التي يمكننا إدخالها، ويشمل أيضا إدراكه بعامل الوقت أو الزمن (4D)

، وكذلك إدخال عامل التكلفة (5D)

.... وغيرها من العوامل التي تتعدى كونه مجرد شكل ثلاثي الأبعاد.

BIM is The holistic process of creating and managing information for a built asset. , Used to Create coordinated ,digital design information & documentation , Predict performance ,appearance and cost., Deliver the project faster ,more economically , and with reduced environmental impact. The foundation of digital transformation in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.

BIM Process

to identify BIM benefits through the project lifecycle (planning, design, construction, and operation) For example:

Plan stage

Improved communication , Clearer decision making , Enhanced understanding , Assist in planning applications , Enhanced coordination, Greater collaboration , Increased performance certainly , Improved quality outcome

Design stage

BIM data carries over to operations and maintenance of finished assets. BIM data can be used down the road for cost-effective renovation or efficient deconstruction too.

Build stage

During this phase, fabrication begins using BIM specifications. Project construction logistics are shared with trades and contractors to ensure optimum timing and efficiency.
