The target of this project is to make a Pneumatic system controlled by classical control that stamps two different products (represented as blue and red and sorts them according to their type. The horizontal cylinder will control the slider holding the two vertical cylinders. The two vertical cylinders will have two different stamps to stamp the red or blue product respectively based on the detection of the color sensor..

The signal is sent to the Arduino and according to the algorithm of the code, a signal is sent to the relay with the corresponding. The signal from the corresponding relay is passed on the relay of the corresponding vertical piston to stamp the equivalent product.

Reed switch 24V	Commercial Quantity: - 6	Reed switches acts as electromagnetic sensors and are placed on the cylinder, with a specific type of belt ( metal or plastic afeez)	they are placed on the magnetic pneumatic cylinder so that it has the ON state when a magnetic field from the piston cylinder is obtained
V-slot L joints	Commercial Quantity: - 53	Aluminum joints that can fix two V-slot members together perpendicularly, using L N bolts of a specific size	Fixes the frame members together as f it is welded, the advantage that it can be fastened and loosened easily
Color sensor	Commercial Quantity: - 1	Sensor that can identify the colors of 6 different colors, and outputs a 5v signal at the identified color port	Used to identify the products color so that the system can start the stamping process

Notes:

- Most of the custom-made parts are made out of the aluminum sheet metal where it is initially countered then cut into the wanted shape then if there are holes, drill is used to drill the holes and use the bending machine to bend the sheet to form the brackets of needed.
