اخطاء الCV | كمهندس الاسباب الي بتخلي الHR يرفضوا السي في بتاعك

عملت بوست لوظيفة من شوية و 75 % من ال cvs/resumes ال جاتلي اتقفلوا خلال 3 ثواني لاسباب لا تتعلق بالدراسة او الخبرة او التفاصيل الشخصية، عشان مش هيكون مقبول اني إبعت للشركة أو المدير اللي طالب مني سير ذاتية بالشكل دا.

هكتب نقاط تحسن فرص ان السيرة الذاتية تتشاف لعل حد يستفيد، والموضوع بسيط وهياخد 10 دقائق لعمل التعديلات.

الكلام دا من خلال خبرتي المحدودة ورأي اغلب الناس اللي اعرفهم، ولو حد عنده تعقيب يا ريت يفيدنا. ومن الاخر المواضيع دي مفيهاش صح او غلط مطلق ومش لازم نلتزم بكل النقاط. بس المهم ان خلال ثواني قليلة الصفحة او ال 2 يشدوا انتباه الشركة/المدير/اخصائي الموارد البشرية.

-Don’t leave the email subject line empty.
-Don’t attach certificates.
-Don’t send to mailing lists.
-Don’t forward your resume; send it as a new email.
-Keep document size as small as possible (Simply don't send 4 MB docs as we all have speed issues with TEData).
-Add your full name on the word/pdf document.
-It should be a 1 page document (max 2 pages).
-Stick to the simple template unless you are a designer or creative professional (Yes it looks boring but most recruiters prefer the simple one).
-Remove the fancy formatting (back ground colors, borders, boxes).
-Remove the word resume/CV on the top of the document.
-Remove picture unless it was asked for in the announcement.
-Use a professional email (ex: yahia_arafa@gmail.com or yahia.arafa.87@gmail.com).
-All text should be in black & unify font as much as possible.
-Check spelling and grammar (Ask 1 of your friends to proofread it).
-Don't use uncommon abbreviations.
-Remove logos.
-Remove land number.
-Remove all links for social media except LinkedIn.
-Move personal details to last part of the resume (Military status, date of birth, etc).
-Remove nationality, gender, religion & marital status (keep nationality & marital status if you are applying for jobs abroad).
-Remove driving license (unless it is a sales job or a job that requires a driving license).
-Remove objective, no real added value (For experienced professionals, you can add a section for Career Highlights).
-Remove grades (unless you are an honor student or achieved high rankings or applying to research / academic / finance jobs).
-Remove graduation project (unless you are applying for a research / technical job).
-Remove studied subjects.
- Slightly edit / customize your resume according to the vacancy (Specially the wording in your work experience, and highlighting certain skills or roles).
- If you’re a fresh graduate, start the resume with education & If you’re experienced then start it with your work experience.
-In work experience mention 3 to 4 bullet points for each job highlighting achievements rather than job description (unless your job title is not common).
-In courses section: add course name, provider, date and duration in hours.
-For languages, just add the language and the level of proficiency.
-Remove ICDL.
-Remove internet browsing.
-Remove the personal/communication skills part (Your work experience & activities should highlight those skills, you don't need to mention that you are a team player or detail oriented, etc).
-If you wish to add interests/hobbies, they should be genuine and honest as much as possible (Avoid the classical non genuine ones: chess, travelling & reading).
-Remove references (unless requested).
-Put data in reverse chronological order, newest on top and oldest at the bottom.

ملاحظات:
-في نقاط مش سارية لو بتقدموا علي وظيفة بحثية او مهندسين معماريين او مصممين وبعض التخصصات الاخري بالإضافة للدراسات العليا.
-بعض الجهات بيكون لها صيغة مختلفة ومثال علي ذلك بعض جامعات اوروبا ال بتطلب europass template، فاسالوا لو الجهة لها صيغة خاصة قبل ما تبعتوا.
-لو اعلان الوظيفة طالب صور الشهادات و ال references يبقي اكيد تتضاف.
-لو ال objective متميز ومكتوب بصيغة ولغة جيدة يبقي ممكن يضاف.
-النقاط بالانجليزي عشان اغلب الوظائف الكويسة بتكون عايزة resumes بالانجليزي.
-النقاط سارية علي الواقع المصري وبرة مصر كل بلد لها عرفها.
